When I'm approaching a terminus station and pass a caution signal, do I still have to drive at half the speed limit or can I drive at 30 mph?
Drive at 30 mph only if the signal is the last 2 signals. As the next signal would most likely be a red light terminus end. But, I would recommend to follow the AWS and Signal Detection thingy.
