When I'm approaching a terminus station and pass a caution signal, do I still have to drive at half the speed limit or can I drive at 30 mph?

So, I have great news! Yesterday, I passed both my TD and PS training! I can now dispatch trains, make announcements and fix station problems!

@Bigbadbob85 Well, I did one of the challenges (spawn at Rosebury) yet nothing happened. Do I have to spawn a train there or spawn as a passenger?
What's the best way to grind points in this game? I'm new to the game and I want to know how to get points fast. Is there like a route or a thing I can do to grind points?
