- Despite this station being labelled as a "parkway", there were only 14 parking spaces near this station in 1.0.
- With the station's upgrade in Version 1.0 platforms 4 & 5 (the Metro platforms) were blocked off. It was still possible to see them if the player reached the platforms before the barriers loaded.
- The Metro platforms were removed when the station was upgraded again in Version 1.1. The only remnant of it is a rusted Metro sign located past the eastern end of Platform 1.
- This is one of 7 stations that can accommodate a Platform Staff, along with Norwich Central, Chichester City, Redborough, Mirna Town, Mirna Docks Blackstone and Whitecoast Central.
- StefanNL_Plays' Office was formerly located next to the building.
- It contained a model Class 68 in TransPennine Express livery and three monitors displaying (from left to right) an old thumbnail of StefanNL_Plays' game, Ro-Scale Railway; the logo of Ro-Scale Railway and one of StefanNL_Plays' old profile pictures.
- The current Network Map shows this station as just "Bracknell", omitting the "Parkway" suffix.
- There is a real life station named Bracknell, which is located in Hampshire.
