Chesterfield Green is a through station served and operated by City Line with services to Norwich Central, Blackwater, Redborough and Northernville.

Description[]

A long plaza with trees and benches connects both the parking area and the entrance of the station together. The entrance itself is a giant, brick structure, with ticket machines and barriers. Stairs and a ramp are provided.

The platform layout is a standard two side platform layout. A wide, grey footbridge connects the platforms. However, it does not have lifts so platform 2 (towards Whitecoast Park and Chichester City) is not step free.

This station was previously entirely step-free before Version 1.0 but the stepped footbridge now provided has no lifts making only Platform 1 step-free.

Before Version 1.0[]

Platform 2 was only accessible via a Barrow crossing. However, this has now been replaced by a footbridge.
- Strangely, were no Whistle boards or even signs to warn people that a train could be crossing.
  - This was also the case in Newingham Street.
