Chichester City Depot (referred to as "Chichester Depot" in game) is a depot that spawns trains to Chichester City only. Despite its name, it is actually closer to Whitecoast Park than Chichester City. However, it cannot spawn trains towards Whitecoast Park.

Trivia[]
- This depot has just two lanes and it is uncommon to see someone spawning here as the two free routes do not stop at Chichester Terminal.
- On the contrary, Rosewells Depot and Mirna Harbour TMD are much busier.
- This depot is unique for having a road going under it, but you cannot actually go under the depot as there is an invisible floor preventing you from doing so.

- This station was named Whitecoast Park Depot.
- Despite being named Whitecoast Park Depot it only spawned trains to Chichester Terminal.
