The Class 121 is a Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) manufactured by Pressed Steel Company. It is currently in use for City Line Services and costs 600 coins. It has no variants.

- 21 January 2023 - The Class 121 was revealed in a preview. It is shown at a rebuilt Kai Natural Park.
- 22 January 2023 - The Class 121 was added as part of Version 1.0.
- 21 December 2025 - The Class 121 was given string lights for Christmas.

- This is of the two trains that have been withdrawn in real life, the other being the Class 142.
- It is the slowest train in game with a top speed of 70 mph (110 km/h).
- It has the least amount of coaches in game at just one coach.
- This is one of two trains that are allowed to be driven on Route R02 and R12, the other being the Class 142.
- Prior to Version 1.2, if the player decided to change ends at a terminus station, they would not be able to see the status of the upcoming signals.
