Elmsworth is a through station that opened in Version 1.1.1. It is operated by City Line, who also operate all services from here. Trains go to Blackwater, Northernville, Norwich Central and Redborough from here.

The station features a small brick building with wooden doors. This building also functions as a waiting room. The station itself has two concrete footbridges, one at either end of the platforms. These footbridges are both stepped so there is only step-free access on Platform 1.
