Green Arrow is the Intercity operator of Whitecoast City Railway, serving the northern, western and central parts of the map. As of Version 1.2, it has 2 rolling stock and serves 5 stations with its 3 routes. It was announced in a video on May 29, 2024. It commenced operations in Version 1.2.
The operator bears a green colour scheme (hence the name) with a HEX code of #206328. Green Arrow's motto is "Efficiency In Motion"[1].

Trivia[]
- This is the second operator in game, the first being City Line.
- Green Arrow uses an exclusive viaduct from Norwich Central to Whitecoast Central, as well as a single-track tunnel between Elmsworth and Blackwater to reduce travel time.
- The Green Arrow Class 68 version is free if the City Line version was owned before 1.2.
- A poll was posted in the WCR Discord on 3 October 2025 about a potential name change of Green Arrow.
- The poll ended with "Yes" being the majority.
