The Instructor (IT) rank is an application-only rank. In order to apply, they must either be a Trained Driver or Platform Staff.
Players with this role will host or co-host trainings for either Trained Driver and/or Platform Staff assuming the correct roles are present, and can also host official shifts.
The Instructor role has a Sub-Role category for the ability for the Instructor to host PS or TD trainings. If the Instructor has Platform Trainer (PT) role, they can host PS trainings, and if they have the Driver Trainer (DT) role, they can host a TD training.
This roles was formed on 16 May 2024, when both the Trained Driver Instructor and Platform Staff Instructor roles were merged. All users of the ranks Platform Staff Instructor and Trained Driver Instructor were transferred to this role.
