The Rosewells Depot is a major depot located between Rosewells and Bracknell Parkway. It is used to spawn City Line trains to Redborough, Oakwhich-On-Sea, Birchmere Junction, Northernville, Whitecoast Central, Chichester City, Kai Natural Park, Blackwater and Norwich Central. This depot is split into Northbound and Southbound sections.

The Southbound Depot is located east of the main line while the Northbound Depot is located west of it and also contains a decorative maintenance shed.

Trivia[]
- It is not possible for trains terminating at Kai Natural Park to use the Northbound Depot due to the location of where the line to Kai Natural Park splits off being before the location where the Northbound Depot joins the main line.
- Because this was the only spawn area for most routes prior to Version 1.0, the depot was often crowded. It was not uncommon to see more than 2-3 trains at any time in or near the depot.
- Near the Maintenance Shed, there was formerly the front coach of a Class 450 with the Passenger Information Screen at the front reading, "Driver Training."
- It was possible to enter the passenger area of the coach but not the cab itself.
- This was removed in Version 1.1.
